If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your footwear in any condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the request.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your OOFOS in the original packaging or a secure mailing bag, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
